Here is a really easy one lemon bars. 1 box angel food cake mix used dry (1 step only cake mixes - these can be hard to find somtimes) 1 can lemon pie filling. Mix together and Pour into a greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 -30 minutes. Frost with powered sugar or cream cheese frosting. Always preheat your oven for all receipes.
You can try the other cake recipes using different cake mixes and pie fillings. Also, you can use 2 cake mixes and put into a jelly roll pan for bar cakes. I have used 2 white of yellow cake mixes with 1 cup peanut butter and baked in a jelly roll pan iced with powered sugar icing that I added a little of peanut butter with it. Use your imagine.
