Well thanksgiving is over. We had a nice time. Lester fried the turkey, it was great. We ate too much. Golda inspired me to make a jello salad and I was the only one that ate it. Oh well I loved it. I don't like cranberries and the jello makes a nice subsitute. Did a little Christmas decorating on Friday. Papa had to work from 10 am to 7 pm. So I had a lot of time to do things. My brother Charlie called yesterday. Mary his wife had been on dializes for a few years. She got a new kidney on Sunday. Pray she does good and does not reject it. They are very glad and thankful. Everyone have a happy Thanksgiving. We love you all.

Thanksgiving! Our plans changed for the better. Brenda and Lester are not going to Melissa's now because of her accident. Lester is frying a turkey and I am making the side dishes. They are coming to our house to eat. I am making green bean casserole, cranberry sauce, home made noodles, dressing and sweet potatoes with marshmellows, also pumpkin pie and banana pudding. Then they are going to Lester's family for fun and games.

Monday evening went to the Mall in Mesquite just to look around and waste time. We were going to go to Golden Corrall for dinner. Read Judy's blog to read about that. Afterwards we went to Garden Ridge to look around. That is a store that has lots of things. Housewares, pictures, silk flowers, etc., some furniture and Decorations and Christmas decorations. I like to walk through the decorations enjoying them. Touching them and not having to put them up at home. It is always fun. We do just a little decorating. I thought it was crazy when my mother and daddy stopped doing much decorations. Now we are just like them. Getting old I guest is the problem. Papa at work now. We actually are getting some rain today. This is our day to water so we don't have to. Answer to prayers. Thanksgiving and Christmas are coming too quickly. It doesn't seem time for it. Well, today do I have news. Your mother will say I have a big mouth. True. She called this morning and asked me to call her doctor because she need a orthopedic surgeon. She slipped down a mountain she was hiking on and broke her wrist. I'll let her tell you more when she gets back home. They are at the big chili cook off. Love you all.
